KOP Annual Reports

KOP Annual Reports

Hello KOP Family, It’s time to submit your 2026 Annual KOP Report. We will follow the same procedures as last year. Each council will upload a scanned copy of the completed 2026 report into the KOP Portal. Every council has access to the portal. Here is the link to the login page. https://mwphglnc.zohocreatorportal.com

If you need help gaining access to your Council Portal, please notify your Regional Director or State Director immediately so we can provide access. Only one set of access credentials is permitted per council. Once your report is submitted, it will be reviewed and forwarded to the Grand Lodge. An invoice will be generated based on the information provided in both the electronic submission form and the attached report.

Please ensure that all individuals listed in your council are clearly printed on the annual report and that this information matches the roster in the Council Portal. All adults and youth listed on your annual report must also be updated in the Council Portal with an “Active” status. Anyone who is not active should be designated as “In-Active.” This means they have been removed from your roster or are no longer associated with your council. All annual reports must be submitted in the system by January 31, 2026. Please note: do not send payment to the Grand Lodge until you receive an invoice, which will be sent directly to your sponsoring lodge for payment.

We strongly encourage you not to wait until the last minute to submit. Please begin preparing now. We will hold training and Q&A sessions for anyone needing assistance with the submission process. Attendance is strongly encouraged, as proper submission helps prevent errors and delays.

The first training/refresher session will be held Thursday, December 18th, at 7:00 PM. 🔗 Zoom Link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86132487068

As always, we appreciate all that you do for our youth and for the Order of the Knights of Pythagoras.

Fraternally yours,

Robert Hassell, KOP Director
