Learning Session - Money Moves: Making Smart Choices Early

NCKOP will be hosting a Learning Session for Knights and Advisors on Thursday, March 19th at 7:00 PM (Eastern Time) via Zoom

These Learning Sessions began in 2024 as a way to supplement the educational events provided by local Councils and to ensure our Knights continue to grow in areas that support leadership, maturity, and personal development. Each session is facilitated by an individual who has been determined to be qualified and knowledgeable on the topic.

For this session, PM Jerrell Knight, the Assistant Grand Knight Director for Knight Development and Programs has arranged a discussion focused on:

  • ✅ Understanding the importance of “Needs vs. Wants”
  • ✅ Building financial literacy for our youth

This session will emphasize how understanding needs versus wants helps develop sound financial habits. These lessons are critical not only for our youth today, but also because the knowledge and discipline gained now will help prepare them for responsible decision-making and success in adulthood. The session will include 45 minutes of instruction, followed by a 15-minute Q&A.

Zoom Information Topic: Learning Session – Financial Lessons for Youth

We strongly encourage all Knights and Advisors to attend and participate. Friends and family are welcome.

The Knight Development and Programs Director has a planned "learning session" each quarter throughout 2026. During the training we will take roll of all who is in attendance that is a Knight or Advisor for our training records.
